PatientSoft has a fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability. It stores an unlimited number of prospective patients/ referrers (separately). Target lists are created for each campaign (exportable to MS Word and MS Excel) and a campaign planning file is generated containing all details (objectives and description) for future reference. The target list is also logged against each campaign file for future reference. Each prospect contained on the target list is flagged as having been targeted with the relevant campaign. A fully configured word processor (identical to typist) is integrated into the CRM and so enables the creation of specific correspondence that is then automatically addressed to each prospect and is able to be exported to MS Word and MS Excel for printing or mailing label creation. In future releases of PatientSoft all such communication will be able to be emailed automatically if required. All prospect records are seamlessly linked to the patient database and so if a prospect presents for treatment as a patient, all existing data entered into the database need not be entered again.
