Multiple Diary view has completely flexible intervals. The diary can be set up with an unlimited number of simultaneous views grouped according to any combination of practitioner, site location or treatment type. Appointments can be made and altered from any site location (including off site) for any site location on the network in real time. This is ideal for practitioners with geographically diverse practices. Standby appointments and double bookings can be managed if this feature is activated. An automated recurring/ follow up appointment feature and all pre appointment notes and alerts can be accessed directly on the appointment screen.
