PatientSoft has an inbuilt word processor which enables all correspondence (including referrals) to be created within the system and linked to prospects, patients, other practitioners or standard contacts. It will automatically address the correspondence, allow for the insertion of a facsimile signature, and then store the entire file so it can be referenced later. All correspondence files can be viewed on the screen and printed out/ stored in PDF or MS Word as required. Templates can be established as required. The word processor has its own spell checker/ dictionary that is customizable by the user.
