PatientSoft has the capability to customize practitioner worksheets quickly and cost effectively via its unique “Advaced Worksheet Tool”. This provides the practitioner with the ability to capture the required data, store it and then recall it for presentation purposes in many forms such as templated reports, graphs, tables or composite summaries. All outputs of this nature can themselves be stored against the patient clinical record, viewed on screen and output to PDF, MS Word and MS Excel. This functionality is particularly useful for research projects, regulatory compliance reporting and enhanced patient treatment (care plans).
