RX Personal is a personal electronic health record accessible to anyone who wants to enter data, store and then have real time access to their personal health history and associated documents, studies and images (including DICOM images). Once stored users will be able to view, print or electronically extract (via PDF) all or only the sections of their record they wish to review or share. As the nature of healthcare delivery becomes ever more complex and the number of a patient’s healthcare providers increases significantly, having one electronic health record (EHR) makes a lot of sense. RX Personal is accessible via the web. RX Personal is able to accept electronic data seamlessly from other software solutions housing a patient’s data (via API), a secure communications provider or directly input into the user’s file via the portal interface.
